These terms apply when you use novahub.com.np or chat with Nova Hub on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. By placing an order or using our chat you agree to them.
Orders and prices
Prices, offers and availability are those shown on novahub.com.np when you order. After you place an order, we make a verification call to confirm the order and its prices with you; an order is confirmed only after that call. For some orders an advance payment is required before dispatch; the amount is told to you before you confirm. The balance is paid in cash on delivery unless we agree otherwise.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the courier. Please check the product at delivery and tell us immediately about any damage.
We are not liable for a delay or failure to deliver that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, floods, landslides, strikes, road closures, curfews, fuel shortages, government orders, courier disruption or similar unforeseen events. In such cases we will inform you and deliver as soon as reasonably possible.
Warranty, returns and refunds
Warranty is provided by the brand as stated on each product page. Returns, replacements and refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
Chat and automated replies
Replies in chat may be written by an automated assistant and can be wrong. Prices, stock, warranty and delivery details on our website and in your order confirmation are the ones that count. A member of our team can take over any chat, and you can ask for a person at any time.
We are not liable or obliged to honour a price, offer, promise or request that was stated in error, whether by the automated assistant or by a person, or that is unreasonable. After you place an order we make a verification call to confirm the order and its prices with you.
Fair use
We may limit or stop chat service to anyone who abuses it, sends threats or unlawful content. Use of our website and chat must follow the laws of Nepal.
