Ordering from novahub.com.np is simple. You just need to follow the steps below:

- Click "Add to Cart" button. The product will be added to your cart.
- You can add as my product to your cart as you wish to purchase.
- After adding all the products to your cart, go to your cart and click "Check Out".
Check the email you received after placing your order. It should contain information about the status of your order and the expected delivery date.
Delivery inside KTM valley is free of cost. Delivery outside Kathmandu maybe charged Rs100-1500 depending on location and product weight.
Cash On Delivery:
You can pay us on CASH after the delivery is done at your doorsteps. Cash on Delivery facility is not available for deliveries outside Katmandu Valley.
Credit/Debit Card Payment
Khalti/Esewa/Mobile Walletes: Please check the ckeckout page for all mobile wallet that we have partnered with.

For orders outside KTM it depends on the location proximity. Duration is dependent on the premise of the transport company. It usually takes 3-7 Days.
For installation of products, please contact your service center number from the website header section.

Washing Machine and AC installation is free inside KTM Valley. If any additional angle/pipe/ copper is required; charges are to be paid by the customer.

Ordering & Payment

Keep the product in its original packaging along with all documents confirming the purchase and refund. You will need this for further communication with the seller and the payment system.

You may cancel the order anytime before you receive a call confirmation and order is shipped from our warehouse. Cancellations for change of mind will not be accepted once the product has already been dispatched from the transport.
In case of a defective product, you have 48 Hours to return an item from the date you received it. Change of mind is not applicable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must send a video proof for the defect in our WhatsApp or social media for the return to be accepted.
Your Return will be accepted only after physical verification of product.
Products once installed are not accepted for return or replacement.
After sales
Dont worry, register a complain at our service center and we will send a technician to fix your issues.
In case of major issues where product needs to be sent back to our service center, customer will be responsible for send the product to us. Shipping charges will have to be paid by the customer unless complain has been registered within 48hrs of successful delivery.
We will then repair it and send it back to you.
Yes, you will receive a warranty card with every product that has a warranty. Physical warranty card must be present in order to avail the warranty later.

- On Register panel of the log in page, fill in all the necessary information.
- After all the genuine information is filled, click Register button on the bottom. This will basically will submit your form.
