You must be 18 or older, a resident of Nepal, and hold a Nepali bank account in your own name. Nova Hub approves or declines applications at its discretion. Nova Hub staff and their immediate household are not eligible.
Once approved, you get one personal coupon code. Customers who use it get 4% off their order, up to a maximum of Rs 500 off per order, and you earn commission on qualifying sales. You may not change the code or combine it with other offers.
4% on the first Rs 5,000 of an order, 2% on anything above that (e.g. a Rs 40,000 order earns Rs 900: 4% of the first Rs 5,000 plus 2% of the remaining Rs 35,000). Maximum Rs 1,000 per order. Your payout is protected on smaller orders — you're always guaranteed at least Rs 50 on an order under Rs 1,000, and at least Rs 100 on an order Rs 1,000–2,500 — on orders where 4% alone would pay you less, our minimum guarantees you a fair return. Commission is calculated on the order's total amount, after discounts, excluding delivery and taxes. Rates may change with 15 days' notice — changes never affect commission already earned.
Commission is only earned on orders that are delivered, fully paid, and not returned. It is confirmed 7 days after delivery if no return or refund request is open. No commission on cancelled, refused-at-delivery, failed COD, returned, or refunded orders.
Confirmed commission is paid monthly, by bank transfer, by the 15th of the next month. Minimum payout is Rs 2,000 — smaller balances roll over to the next month. Payments go only to the bank account in your name. Any tax Nova Hub is legally required to withhold will be deducted.
You must not post fake reviews, spam your code, list it on coupon/deal aggregator sites, make false claims about price/warranty/stock, claim to be Nova Hub staff, describe Nova Hub as having a showroom (we are online-only), or bid on "Nova Hub"/"novahub" in paid search ads.
Disclose that you're being paid. Because you earn commission on sales, every post about Nova Hub products must let people know it's a paid partnership — either write the word "#ad" somewhere in the caption, or say something like "paid partnership with Nova Hub." This is a Nepal/international advertising-standards requirement, not optional.
Tag us. When you post about a Nova Hub product, tag Nova Hub's official Instagram/Facebook page in the post (not just the caption text — an actual tag/mention) so we can see it and can reshare it.
You may not earn commission on your own purchases or your household's. Nova Hub may withhold commission, remove you from the program, and reclaim commission already paid for fraudulent orders.
Either side can end this at any time. Confirmed commission of Rs 2,000 or more is paid in the next cycle after you leave. Unpaid commission is forfeited if you're removed for a conduct or fraud violation.
We collect only what's on this form. We use it only to review your application, contact you, and pay your commission. We will never sell, rent, or share your bank details or personal information — the only exceptions are the bank that processes your payment, or where the law requires it. We will never ask for your bank PIN, password, OTP, or mobile-banking login. Your details are stored with restricted access and never shown on any public page. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time; bank details are deleted within 90 days of leaving the program, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
You promote Nova Hub as an independent individual — you are not an employee or agent of Nova Hub.

Your code isn't active yet — we review every application by hand. You'll be contacted on WhatsApp once it's approved and your code is ready. Don't post or promise a code before then.
Don't say the price in your reels, posts, or captions — ever. Prices change, and a wrong number in an old post looks bad on you. Talk about the product, not the number.
